Der Entwurf findet sich auf dem sehr kleinen Grundstück in den Grenzen von Baulinie, GFZ und Abstandsflächen ein. Straßenseitig übernimmt der Bau sowohl Ausrichtung wie Dachneigung der traufständigen Bestandsbebauung in der Nachbarschaft. nach hinten öffnet sich das Grundstück zu einem unverbaubaren Blick über die Stadt - darauf reagiert der straßenabgewandte Teil des Hauses.

The design is found on the very small plot within the boundaries of the building line, GFZ and clearance areas. On the street side, the building adopts both the orientation and the roof pitch of the existing eaves development in the neighborhood. to the rear, the property opens up to an unobstructed view over the city - the part of the house facing away from the street responds to this.
